How will the Westland-SunCal TIDD bring more jobs?

By attracting international companies to Albuquerque's Westside, the TIDD will create nearly 12,900 jobs. We envision a vibrant, smartly-planned community with new companies and jobs that will keep generations of New Mexicans employed.

The Westland-SunCal TIDD will:

• Bring thousands of jobs to New Mexico for our children
• 1,400 construction jobs
• 11,220 high-tech jobs
• 280 retail jobs
• Recruiting permanent industries that cover the cost of state and local services
• NOT increase taxes or decease governmental services to neighboring communities
