TIDD agreements are closely reviewed by City, County and State elected and appointed officials. We encourage you to also closely review TIDD documents.

The approval of TIDD agreements requires extensive public input and an open public process. Public hearings are held at the City, County and State before a TIDD is approved by it. Independent experts have reviewed these agreements as well.
