How will the Westland-SunCal TIDD be held accountable?

We are protecting taxpayers by being held 100 percent accountable for our commitments. Accountability ensures that we provide essential water, road, park and public safety systems before any funds are released. The end result? We are building more than jobs and neighborhoods. We are building a healthy Westside community. Our TIDD holds us responsible for:

• Paying the upfront cost of building roads, parks, water works, public safety and more
• Bringing in new high-wage jobs for New Mexicans
• Delivering on our commitments before the TIDD goes into effect
